MARKETING CREATOR
WildAge is looking for a Marketing Creator — someone who thinks beyond “design” and cares about how ideas live, move, and perform in the real world.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, tools, and execution.
You’ll work on real brands, real platforms, and real outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Think Before You Create
- Research client brands, audiences, competitors, and industries
- Spot patterns, trends, and opportunities across platforms
- Turn insights into clear content angles and creative direction
Shape, Create & Experiment
- Develop content themes, narratives, and visual direction
- Create multi-format content, including visuals, short-form videos, and copy
- Ensure ideas align with brand positioning, business goals, and platform behaviour
- Apply modern tools and technologies (including AI) as part of daily creative workflows to work smarter and faster
- Evaluate tools based on real-world impact, not hype
Collaborate & Coordinate
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver creative content
- Communicate clearly with clients or brand owners
- Keep projects aligned on scope, timelines, and expectations
Publish & Optimise
- Plan and publish content across relevant platforms
- Review performance and learn what works (and what doesn’t)
- Continuously refine ideas based on results and feedback
