How we work: Our Creative “Wildness” methodology

At WildAge, our creative services extend beyond the artwork and design of the actual output. 1. PLANNING: Going on the Hunt

The planning stage is when we sit down with our clients, gather their requirements and come up with a plan that will suit their needs.

Brainstorm: Based on our initial research, we generate possible angles of approach, potential themes and other ideas.

Formulate: Out of all the ideas spawned during the brainstorm, we work out the pros and cons of each one until we arrive at one that is elegant, realistic, timely and within budget.

Conceptualise: We create a workable action plan, list of items to be created and things to be done, and timeline for each deliverable and milestone.

2. EXECUTION: Pursuing the Objective

The execution stage is when we go ahead and do the work needed to bring our ideas to fruition.

Activate: We allocate the resources needed to complete each individual task within the agreed timeline, as well as any other preparatory research and actions – where necessary – to get on with the job.

Perform: We carry out all the relevant creative services as required and as captured in our action plan, bending with the wind as the surrounding circumstances change.

Deliver: We lay at our clients’ feet the product of our work – wildly creative and meticulously checked, whether they are fresh new events, stylish printed materials or seamlessly edited videos.

 3. ASSESSMENT: Getting Ready for the Next Foray

The assessment stage is where we monitor and evaluate the success of (and challenges faced by) our work in the marketplace. This is especially important for our long-term clients, who rely on us to improve and understand their needs better with each subsequent project.

Commit: We discuss the relevant metrics to be analysed with our clients, and we agree on the target measurements that should be obtained.

Review Results: Based on the metrics gathered, we work out and evaluate our work, identifying success factors as well as challenges we did not take into consideration, but which may have influenced the impact of the end product.

 Achieve: We integrate the lessons learnt from our review into our workflow and SOPs, so that we are better equipped to face challenges and provide even higher quality work to our clients.
